15 Park Row was acquired as a 26-story, 330,000-square-foot office building . The upper 18 stories were vacated, gut-rehabilitated and converted into 238 luxury rental apartments with stunning river and bridge views. The building, including both the commercial and residential portions, is currently valued at in excess of $175 million.
