Most recently NorthEnd Equities has been focused on acquiring multi family apartment communities, having been involved in the acquisition and development of approximately 5,000 residential units.

Charles Herzka has been involved in the ownership and/or management of in excess of 25 million square feet of office and industrial properties, primarily in the metropolitan New York, Pennsylvania and Florida markets. Additionally, he has been engaged in the ownership, management and development of residential property in the metropolitan New York area and in Washington, D.C. Financial backing has come from high-net-worth North American and European private investors as well as private equity funds.

Mr. Herzka has built a longstanding reputation for making prudent decisions regarding property and land acquisitions. His forte consists of identifying under-performing assets and aggressively pursuing value creation through implementation of strategic and proactive rental and capital improvement programs, expense reduction and asset repositioning.

In the commercial field, Mr. Herzka's practice is to personally meet and interview every prospective tenant prior to entering into a lease. This process has led to the establishment of personal relationships with tenants' principals which, in turn, has led to greater tenant retention.

Through his track record and reputation, Mr. Herzka has cultivated relationships with many financial institutions, managers, brokers and other industry professionals, often leading to unique opportunities and off-market transactions.
